Located in the historic downtown of Port Townsend, the new Annex creates a much needed administration and office space. The new Annex acts as a buttress minimizing the upgraded seismic improvements needed for the adjacent historic structure. The project includes many sustainable design features and is pursuing LEED® Silver certification.
