ARC Architects has teamed up with Designs Northwest (Stanwood, WA) to design this affordable multi-family housing complex in Lynnwood.  The Scriber Place Apartments will be owned and operated by the Housing Hope organization, which aims to break the cycle of poverty in our region by addressing the housing, employment, and childcare needs of the community.

The affordable multifamily development will offer 52 units serving families with children enrolled in either Edmonds School District schools or other neighboring districts. The four buildings on site will include a variety of unit sizes, multipurpose spaces, staff offices, and resident support services. The buildings wrap around a shared, central picnic and play plaza with lush landscaping throughout.
