The Civic Campus includes City Hall, the Fire Station, the Library, and the Police Station. It is connected to the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center via Veterans Memorial Park. Through an extensive public outreach process, the design was developed to integrate into the fabric of the community.  The Civic Campus Redevelopment Project consists of a new City Hall that houses the City Council Chambers, a public lobby, city offices and associated parking, and the Police Station Addition of  3,100 square feet to the existing 7,000 square feet facility.

ARC worked with the City’s Executive Leadership Team and staff to explore options for fulfilling the building program space needs in a welcoming new Civic Campus.  We also worked together to determine how best to phase the development in order to ensure continued operations while under construction.
