AFTER 2022 RENOVATION & ORIGINAL 1989 DESIGN

The Graham Terry Apartments are owned and managed by Bellwether Housing - a local non-profit affordable housing provider.  This facility has two buildings that surround a well-used courtyard.  The older building is the historic Graham Apartments, built in 1907, renovated in 1990, and has a beautiful central stair and 14 units.  The 107 unit Terry Apartments were built in 1992 and designed by GGLO and built by RAFN Company.

This project provides a full exterior reclad of the Terry building with new windows and siding, as well as potential Phase 2 for interior unit improvements.  The original stucco and tile along with some windows need to be replaced.  Morrison Hershfield, RAFN Company, and ARC worked together to develop the details for the windows, parapets, and metal roof replacement.  The reclad design has a simple color palette with accent color highlights at the main entry, corners, and bays.  Trespa siding and new lighting will add to a more welcome entry from Terry Avenue.
