Enivisioning Customer Service in a Post-Pandemic World

Starting in mid-2020, ARC has been collaborating with the City of Kirkland (WA) to develop a new and inriguing way to engage and welcome new and existing visitors to City Hall, while at the same time safely showcasing upcoming local events and organizations, and introducing a flexible indoor/outdoor community and staff meeting and virtual service center.
