Enivisioning Customer Service in a Post-Pandemic World

Starting in mid-2020, ARC collaborated with the City of Kirkland  to develop a new and intriguing way to engage and welcome new and existing visitors to City Hall, while at the same time safely showcasing upcoming local events and organizations.  This new space is designed to introduce a new flexible indoor/outdoor community and staff meeting place, and virtual service center.
