Housing Hope - Field Apartments

ARC Architects has teamed up with Designs Northwest (Stanwood, WA) to design this multi-family housing complex in Edmonds.  The Field Apartments will be owned and operated by the Housing Hope organization, which aims to break the cycle of poverty in our region by addressing the housing, employment, and childcare needs of our community.

The completed buildings will be designed to accommodate families with 52 new units in a variety of sizes and configurations, as well as a multi-purpose space, a community pantry, and childcare facilities.  Together, the buildings will frame tranquil courtyard spaces, with jewel-like landscaping and a small playground.
