Housing Hope - Field Apartments

ARC Architects teamed up with Designs Northwest (Stanwood, WA) to design this multi-family housing complex in Edmonds.  The Field Apartments is owned and operated by the Housing Hope organization, which aims to break the cycle of poverty in our region by addressing the housing, employment, and childcare needs of our community.

The completed buildings were designed to accommodate families with 52 new units in a variety of sizes and configurations, as well as a multi-purpose space, a community pantry, and childcare facilities.  Together, the buildings frame courtyard spaces, with landscaping and a small playground.  This is a tight site that required careful coordination with the Owner and City to meet all zoning and tenant needs.  Kirtley Cole was the General Contractor.
