Originally intended to be the Teatro ZinZanni Headquarters in 2018, the organization ended their lease of the property in 2020 during the design process, and the ownership group shifted focus to develop the proposed building for multiple individual winery tasting rooms. The single open shed structure was subdivided for four tenants. Each space consists of two levels and a roof deck that overlooks the lush and meandering landscaping.
