The completed buildings were designed to accommodate families with 52 new units in a variety of sizes and configurations, as well as a multi-purpose space, a community pantry, and childcare facilities. Together, the buildings frame courtyard spaces, with landscaping and a small playground. This is a tight site that required careful coordination with the Owner and City to meet all zoning and tenant needs.
