The charm of downtown Leavenworth is accented by its characteristic expression of the Bavarian-Alpine style. Using key design features, this new pavilion is an anchor point in the core of the community. Taking notes from the surrounding buildings, the upper deck creates a pronounced gateway from which to enjoy the downtown views. The significant decorative scrolled elements and signage enhance the overall reflection of Bavarian type architecture.
Before / After: The original restroom facility was expanded to increase the number of fixtures in the Women's Restroom and add a single user Family Restroom. The new stair extends out to the plaza drawing visitors up to the covered upper deck & seating.
